Movement is essential not only for the body but also for the mind. Finding the right type of movement for you is key to a balanced lifestyle.
03. Sleep
Sleep is just as important as your diet and exercise. Your sleep patterns, amount of sleep, and quality of sleep are important factors in your over all heath.
04. Meditation
Meditation is a personalized practice there is not one way to meditate, but many. The point of meditation is to gain awareness, sense of self, and balance. Learning the reason behind and benefits will help you develop your own personalized mediation plan.
05. Healthy Emotions
Understanding what emotions are is essential, for a balanced life. Emotions are thoughts in motion, causing chemical reactions telling every cell in our body how to feel. We will walk through the understanding, processing, and releasing of emotions.
06. Self-Care
Self-Care is essential to overall wellbeing. It is personalized based on balancing practices to meet your unique constitution. The tools and practices can be used throughout your life to create the fulfilled, balanced life we all deserve.

The holidays can be a busy time, make sure you are taking time out for yourself daily, a moment (or five) of stillness, quiet, and a few long deep breaths can make a big difference.
Breath Work Activity: 4-6-8
Inhale to the count of 4
Hold for the count of 6

This breathing exercise done 4-7 times will calm your nervous system and cause your whole body to relax and it only takes a few minutes. What a beautiful gift for yourself.
