Ayurveda: The Science of Life and Manual for Conscious Living
Ayurveda is a healing system that originated over 5,000-year-ago in ancient India. “The word Ayurveda is derived from Sanskrit meaning “life,” and “wisdom” or “science.” Ayurveda is the science of life, and it provides abundant perspective and practical tools for leading a long, balanced, healthy life. Ayurveda is a consciousness-based approach to health and healing, and its purpose is to help us return to our natural state of health, balance, and wholeness. Ayurveda not only enhances our health but creates a state of expanded consciousness or awareness that opens us to, well-being, creativity, and joy.
This mind- Body- Spirit medicine addresses the whole of our being rather than a symptom.

Shelby's Journey to Radiant Self-Care and Unwavering Confidence
When I met Tessa I was instantly drawn to her energy and passion for others. Tessa is well educated, caring, compassionate and truly the kindest soul you will meet. She makes sure to truly understand you for YOU, she does not judge, and offers what is best for supporting your unique body and energy based on facts not what is trendy. Tessa has helped me to better understand my nutrition and changes I can make in my lifestyle habits to better support myself.
In the short time I have been meeting with Tessa I am feeling more confident, energized, and just overall happy inside; my time with her is therapeutic. It took me a long time to learn to take care of and to put myself first so I can show up as the best version of myself for the others in my life. I am blessed to have crossed paths with this amazing woman and am forever thankful for Balance of You.
